The world dissolved into a blurry chaos of pain and fear before she finally awoke, gasping/coughing/shuddering, the lingering taste of terror heavy on her tongue.

It begins as an insidious pressure on your chest. You attempt to gasp, but each inhale of air is met with a barrier. The world above you dissolves into a hazy nothingness, and your sight loses focus.
